Introduction to Sailing for Adults
Learn the basics of sailing with the Corsica River Yacht Club. Sailing sessions are held at the Corsica River Sailing Center located at Ship Point on the Corsica River outside of Centreville.
Experienced US Sailing certified instructors will teach theory combined with hand-on sailing during a weekend course. Class will provide opportunities to sail the smaller 420 as well as cruise the beautiful Corsica on one of the larger keel-boats.
Space is limited; class size ranges from a minimum of 4 students to a maximum of 10 students. All students must be able to swim.
Have fun, meet new friends and learn to sail; all in one weekend!
Session 1: June 14 & 15 9am-3pm Session 2: June 19 & 20 9am-3pm
